These posted notes are not a substitute for attending class or
reading the textbook. A great deal is said in class that never makes it to
this electronic blackboard, and ANYTHING covered in class is fair game for exams.
Here are the lectures, listed by topic.

Introduction to Genetics and a Brief Review (Chapter 1)
Lecture
2 - Single Gene Inheritance: Autosomal and Sex-Linked Traits (Chapter 2)
Lecture 3 - Independent Assortment; Non-Mendelian Inheritance (Chapter 3)

MISSED FINAL EXAM POLICY
If you miss the final exam, have a valid
excuse and are passing the course at the time of the final, you will be
given a grade of "I" (Incomplete) for the course, and have one year to
take the final exam. But you must notify me within 24 hours of missing the exam of your valid excuse. If you do not do so, your final exam grade will automatically be entered as a ZERO, and averaged in with the rest of your scores.
If you miss the final exam and are not passing the course at the
time of the final exam, you will receive an "F" for the course. Bottom
line: you can still salvage your grade if you at least show up. Study
hard and go for it!
THE HONOR CODE IS TAKEN SERIOUSLY HERE. IF YOU ARE CAUGHT CHEATING, YOU
WILL BE GIVEN A FINAL GRADE OF "F" FOR THE COURSE AND THE MATTER WILL BE
TURNED OVER TO TO THE HONOR COUNCIL.
