Sometimes you wake up at a rendezvous and find the ground frozen, even in Florida!  It's a good thing that tipi's are made so you can have a fire inside to keep you warm.  The first item of business in the morning is to get the coffee on.  This means you have to start a fire first.  No Mr. Coffee here.  My friend Mic Rogers is putting the coffee on.  Later we may actually cook some biscuits in a dutch oven.

Once the necessities are out of the way it's time to have some fun.  Another good buddy of mine, Joe Heine, unlimbers his guitar and lets fly with some tunes.  This guy is an amazing craftsman.  He made the flintlock rifle I shoot now.

The West's and the Grayson's travelled to Georgia for the Southeastern Rendezvous in Helen.  We found an old time photo shop in town and had our picture taken.  That's Ralph and his wife Lois with my wife, Tam and I.  Lot's of rain and mud but we had a good time.
