I recently received my Ph.D. in biology/ecology from the University of Miami (May 2010). I have broad research interests in tropical mammal ecology and plant-animal interactions. My current research focuses on seed dispersal, hoarding by rodents (particularly the Central American agouti, Dasyprocta punctata), and seed predation by terrestrial mammal frugivores (e.g. collared peccaries, Pecari tajacu) in Costa Rica.
