Undergraduate Degrees
The department of Biology offers B.S. and B.A undergraduate degrees. Most premedical, predental, and preveterinary students and those wishing to attend graduate school in biological sciences take the B.S. program. The broad background offered by this program prepares students extremely well for the MCAT, GRE, and other admissions tests, impresses admissions officers, and provides the foundation necessary for success in graduate and professional programs and positions as professional biologists. Graduate Degrees
The Department of Biology offers M.S and Ph.D degrees. Applicants for the Ph.D. should contact a faculty member whose research most closely matches their interests prior to submitting an application.
