This
pair of rock doves had built a nest in a small cave on the side of a
cliff along the shore. I had to get a picture of them because
this is the natural nesting location of wild rock doves in Europe.
These rock doves actually look like they belonged here.

This species is extremely rare in Arizona (USA) because only a few
individuals have ever crossed the border from northern Mexico. Northern
Mexico makes the very northern extent of their range. However, in
Brazil the species is rather common.
