We have two neurophysiological
setups available to conduct experiments in directional hearing in fish.
Each contains a shaker system, TMC anti-vibration table, TDT modular system,
Hafler power amplifiers, steromicroscopes with ball bearing stand, and more.
The shaker tables include an experimental tank, five B & K mechanical shakers,
and three PBC accelerometers.
The setup pictured below is our newest neurophysiological setup, equipped for intracellular or extracellular
recording and stimulation of neurons in the brain. The table includes two Narishige micromanipulators mounted
on a custom-built bridge mount. The recording amplifiers are an A-M Systems 1600 electrometer (for intracellular recording),
and a Grass differential amplifier (for extracellular recording). The data aquisition is carried out with a TDT System III
AD/DA modular system.

This is another neurophysiological setup for conducting directional hearing experiments in fish.
It consists of a shaker table similar to the one pictured above with a Narishige micromanipulator. Data acquisition is done
with a TDT System II modular AD/DA system.
